a. Images & Uploaded Content
When you use BagCheck, you may upload photographs and related information about luxury handbags for AI-powered analysis.
Uploaded content may include:

Images may be temporarily or longer-term stored for:

b. Camera & Photo Library Permissions
BagCheck requests permission to access your device’s camera and photo library solely so you can capture or upload images for analysis.
- We access only the photos or images you choose to upload.
- You may revoke camera or photo permissions at any time through your device settings.
c. Device & Usage Information
We may automatically collect information including:

- Device identifiers

f. Location Information
With your permission, BagCheck may access your approximate location to display nearby luxury resale stores and map-based features.
Location access is optional.
You may disable location permissions at any time through your device settings.
We do not sell your precise location data.

BagCheck does not control:

Third-party marketplaces operate under their own Privacy Policies and Terms of Service.
8. Cookies & Analytics
The App may use analytics technologies and similar tools to understand how users interact with the Services.

Analytics data is generally aggregated and does not directly identify individual users.

We do not guarantee:

- Profitability
- Investment returns

All purchasing, selling, insurance, investment, and valuation decisions remain solely your responsibility.
